Planting Trees for Tomorrow

La Montana Homes, Talamban Cebu City- An all-volunteer effort has been done by La Montana Homeowner’s Association and Primary Homes Incorporated employees to nurture Mother Earth by having a tree planting activity last July 23, 2011 at Cabangahan, Consolacion. According to Ariel Mercado, one of the event coordinators, the program is “set to communicate awareness and change”

The effort is part of PHI and LMHA’s social responsibility to promote a greener Cebu. More than thirty volunteers participated in the event and is expected to double by the next tree-planting schedule.

“We are looking forward for more volunteers, both from our other communities and employees to help with this effort, the key to this project is participation.”, said by Steve Laresma, also one of the event coordinators.
