ACCOUNTING STAFF


The Work

 

Assumes responsibility in implementing, systematization of accounting functions and activities.

 

The Candidate

 

  • BS Accountancy or BS Commerce major in Management Accounting graduate;
  • Preferably between 21 to 25 years of age;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Experience in loan monitoring and collection is an advantage.
  • Responsible, systematic and organized.
  • Must be trustworthy, patient and knows how to deal with people.
  • Must be detail oriented and with strong analytical and reasoning skills.

 

PROJECT SALES SPECIALIST


The WORK

The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Supervisor and will be responsible in managing concerns of clients, agents and brokers. The candidate will handle product orientation with clients, agents and brokers.

 

The CANDIDATE

  • B.A. Mass Communication, Marketing related or any four year course;
  • Dynamic and aggressive;
  • Computer literate
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively;
  • Possesses an excellent drive and initiative;
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency.

 

 

ARCHITECTURAL STAFF


The WORK

Assumes responsibility in the preparation of design drawings, concepts, schemes, specifications for a subdivision project, including land development, housing and condominiums.

 

The CANDIDATE

  • BS Architecture graduate preferably with license;
  • With at least two (2) years experience preferably in real estate development;
  • Knows Autocad and well-versed in updated drawing software;
  • Must be systematic, organized and diligent.

 

SALES ACCOUNT OFFICER (Bohol based)


The WORK

The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Supervisor and will work towards the completion of all documentary and financial requirements of each account assigned, in close coordination with the accredited broker or agent, as well as satisfy and assist each inquiry in all stages of client transaction from inquiry, reservation, to walk-through and house inspection until move-in.

THE CANDIDATE

 

  • A graduate of any Business related course
  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications
  • Must have at least one (1) year relevant experience
  • With above average communication skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy and organized
  • With strong customer service skills
  • Must be a resident of, or willing to be based in, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
