Can a foreign national acquire a unit in Primary Homes?

 Steps of acquiring a PHI property by foreign buyers:



Foreign Buyers

1. Choose preferred location

2. Choose financing scheme

3. Pay reservation fee in Primary Homes main office or Sm sales office

-accepts cash/ card/ check payment

-email/ fax transaction receipts for telegraphic transfer payments

4. Sign reservation agreement and other related documents. Files will be sent thru post mail if buyer is out of country.

5. Submit necessary requirements

Move-In Guidelines

When can a client move in to their unit?

A. Acquisition under Inhouse financing For Plan A, B, C1 to C4

  • Payment should be 51% of the Total Selling Price (TSP)
  • Complete Post Dated Checks and other documents

For Plan C5

  • Payment should be 30% of the Total Selling Price (TSP)
  • Credit Investigation Fee and Mortgage Redemption Insurance
  • Complete Post Dated Checks and other documents
  • Fire Insurance

B. Acquisition under HDMF/ Pag-IBIG and Bank

  • Payment of at least 30% of equity
  • Letter of Guarantee from the financing institution

Who builds the subdivisions and condominiums of Primary Homes?

Since the year Primary Homes started in the real estate business, Primary Structures Corporation (PSC) has long been the general contractor. It is also the mother company categorized as a Triple A construction firm specializing in the delivery of commercial, 
industrial, residential and infrastructure projects. PSC is responsible for developing major landmarks in Cebu such as Waterfront Hotel and Casino, I.T. Park\'s i-Towers, City Sports Club, Cebu International School and The Terraces, among others.

One unique technology used by PSC is the PRECAST CONCRETE WALL PANELS which is considered as an advantage compared to other local contractors. Precast wall panels resist the adverse effects of wind, rain, equipment, airborne contaminants, and soil. It also enables faster building enclosure to better satisfy customers.

How much is the reservation fee?

Reservation fee will depend on the project. Hereunder is the list:
