Asian Contemporary Houses by Primary Homes Inc.

"Pinecrest is a little bit different from our other projects. Although it's similar with PHI's Woodberry in Banawa as it is composed of single detached units, the Pinecrest is the first themed residential development in Guadalupe." Ramero Espina, the compay's Vice President discloses.

PHI improved the aesthetic feel and architecture of Pinecrest. The existence of this oriental-inspired subdivision is the aftermath of PHI's goal to build something new that would evoke a more tranquil and greener environment.

The ecological conecpt of Pinecrest is evident in the design of its houses.

The houses in the village has splash beds absorbing rainwater. With this facility, rainwater percolates back to the natural water bed reducing the volume of water flowing to the drainage system.

Another thing that PHI emphasizes in Pinecrest Residences is the design of their windows provide an abundance in ventilation save energy. It can even make indoor spaces more inviting and comfortable," says Michelle Cutang, PHI's Marketing Head.

Last July 30, the first unit of Pinecrest was officially unveiled. Guests, media, owners and staff of PHI graced the unveiling of the model house with the mahogany unit.

It is a 4-bedroom and 2-story proprty complete with kitchen counter top with sink and built-in cabinets, powder-coated aluminum framed glass windows with insect screens, ceramic tiled flooring for toilet and baths, sylish bathroom fixtures and shower eclosure for master's bathroom. The house has elegantly painted ceiling and rooms partitionms. For its safety and security, it has a fire and burglar alarm system. It also has landscape areas, perimeter fence, cemented roads, underground electrical power system, water distibution system, among others.

All houses in Pinecrest can take advantage of all the aforementioned house specifications as every unit in the subdivision is equipped with these facilities. They can also enjoy the village's kiddie pool, clubhouse and zen garden.

PHI prides itself for bringing another residential development to the city. The company continues to plan out more projects like these. As what Espina says "We never stop developing. We make it a point to be on top of the real estate industry and even on top of everything."
