Living in La Guardia Flats 1 is one of the best decisions I made. I get to have the best of both worlds, living like I’m still in the province and at the same time at the heart of the city. LGF 1 may not offer the best amenities, but who needs those “stuffs” when I have a scenic view (especially seeing the sun set right at my balcony).
The best thing about LGF 1 is probably their personnel. After a brain-wracking day in school, their greeting simply makes me smile and forget about all my worries.

The recent repairs in my house was carried out superbly. The engineers were polite, and considerate. They also took great care because of my various antiques in the house.
